Garrett is a budding star. Statistically very unlikely to be anywhere near a top player. Henry is a proven talent who is the starter on his team at a high injury, hard to find depth position. Very unlikely that he doesn't have at least some predictably solid games against several of the games he will play this year. Garrett will be a complete crap shoot on when he will excel.
