Yep, it's virtually the same price point as lower end sit-downs.
Lunch at a low-end chain restaurant like Chilis will cost you about $16, tip included. Really no different that many fast-food joints and "fast casual" joints.

Plus, when items are missing you can't contact the restaurant directly to fix the problem.
