Zach's growth b/t Sophomore and Junior year was phenomenal. Jaren improved a LOT before last season, but his accuracy still wasn't next level last season. This season - man oh man. Those back shoulder sideline throws have been insane.

He's definitely pulled back on the running this year. I kinda miss that and hope he gets some opportunity to put that on film this season because as the offense has run, he hasn't looked as fast.

Leadership-wise, I can't think of a better QB leader in recent history - or ever. For that, I think he has the potential to do some special things at he next level. Only questionmark for me is his ability to make decisions in time at NFL pace. I'm sure he'll develop it. I look forward to watching his story unfold.
