I keep mine in the garage, with a motion detector alarm I turn on at night, with a security camera, with a thick cable and heavy lock. I also put a sign on the window on the side of the garage saying it's alarmed and videoed.

Some bikes are being stolen by meth heads and homeless, but I think most high end bikes are being taken by organized rings that take them out of state or the country. Last year they broke up a ring in CO that was supplying a bike shop in Mexico.

Seems like thefts are being reported daily on the Utah MTB Facebook groups.
