So help me understand what I'm missing. WR scores a TD and gets penalty for celebrating. So instead of the kicker being
Able to kick from the 35, he has to kick from the 20. Now that kicker kicks it out of bounds before entering the end zone which is a ten yards penalty. So the ball would instead of being on the 25 for non returnable ball, it would be on the 35.
Why did officials insist the ball be placed on the 50?

Than why have the kicker kick it 15 yards further back if that is going to be assessed a second time?
