I get the confusion... I think the fact that they moved the touchback up to the
25 would make you think that an out of bounds kick would only advance the ball 10 yards now.
As certain prolific poster has pointed out, it's because they measure from the kick and not from the normal touchback yardage.

Than why have the kicker kick it 15 yards further back if that is going to be assessed a second time?
