Why put that much money putting a facade on an aging and somewhat flawed stadium? Use that money to do the right thing and build a new stadium.
I"m in awe of something like SoFi and even Baylor's stadium, but for a college stadium I'd prefer something with a traditional look, but modern amenities. The facade should remind people that the place belongs to Brigham Young, so cues from classic Utah and LDS architecture. No domes as the mountains need to be visible. A perfect bowl as that's the way to make the loudest place possible outside of a dome. No funky, ugly roofs like Autzen and UW.
Move the club/box seating to between the lower and upper decks, as is done in most modern stadiums. Modern seating except the permanent student section needs to remain bleachers. Unlike us old people, the students need room to stand for nearly the entire contest. Helps them bring the excitement and noise.
