For instance, play this season ('22). Then demolish the East stands and play next year ('23) with only 3 sides. That gives about 20 months to rebuild the East stands and have it ready for the '24 season. Make them nice. Seats/boxes where the gaps are. Fix the angle btw N/S & E/W concourses. Give more space around & between each seat. Keep bleachers for the ROC. Then destroy the South stands after the '24 season and play the '25 season w/ only three sides. Doing it this way would have a new stadium completed by 2030. They could even install big tall luxury boxes around the top like at Lambeau as well.
