How about individually owned businesses, how efficient are they? I worked

between 14 and 20 hours a day from mid March through mid October on the ranch. When the last crops were harvested and the last calves were sold I loved it. What I really liked best was making all the decisions myself. No interference from superiors or inferiors.

I've worked Government and private sector jobs and I have seen that inefficiency
