How vocal or expressive you are does not indicate your competitiveness

It may be an indicator, but I wouldn't accuse Jaren of not having the "fire". He plays hard and loves winning enough to put in the prep. He clearly cares about his craft and does the right things. I think those behaviors are better indicators of success and passion than how volatile he is.
