This is the first thing to do.
Start twice a day, then go down to once daily when it gets under control.
Honestly, an allergist would likely try this first and probably have to fail this before desensitization shots.

They can do oral drops, also. Insurance doesn’t pay for the drops.

Not yet. Claritin and Allegra weren’t super helpful. Zyrtec does pretty good.
