I've been to a lot of third world countries and Tangier was by far the worst I've ever seen. The streets were filthy and the people were extremely aggressive in just about every possible way.

For example, a butcher was prepping a goat for sale and he was just dumping the innards in the street.

Salesmen were very aggressive, but we also saw several locals get in fights. I did not feel safe there.
