I'm saying turn the time you spend WITH your kids into a hobby.
If you are going to be spending all of your free time on weekends at your kid's sporting events, why not take pictures? If you want to spend time with your kids goofing around, why not take the time to teach them something (RC Cars = Engineering, mechanics, motors.. etc)

Pretty sure he means that by doing things with your kids, it's not EXTRA time...it's changing that time with your kids
