I think Amazon will pay a premium for more premium content
TNF may or may not get them the absolute best matchups in the NFL, but they are in the premium American pro league. Their deal with B1G may not get them the best B1G matchups, but they want access to the most valuable CFB league. They will pay a premium for that content.
Unfortunately, they don't see the PAC in that same light.
