thinking, where does it rank in terms of best action movies of all time?

I won’t pretend to have watched every great action movie to come out over the last 40 years, but I can’t recall watching one that was more impressive.

It had the appeal of touching on the nostalgia factor while also being a substantially better movie than the original - which is already considered a classic action film. That’s not an easy thing to do.

But the authenticity of the action and capturing all of that on camera was just an incredible feat. Tom Cruise is the GOAT action movie star and it’s not close.

But again, where does it rank? What movies would give it a run for its money?
