A ball from Hall just seems easier

to catch for receivers. The lack of "Pop" might be why receivers can haul in catches easier and why Hall has a higher completion percentage. Also, if a QB can throw 68 yard passes in stride leading his target, I think that is probably good enough for the NFL.
