When you allow the 101st ranked offense to completely dominate your defense for 1/2 of a game;

when you allow the 100th ranked defense to hold you to negative rushing yards for 1/2 of a game- you no longer have a special team and a special season. You have serious problems.

USU still had more 1st downs than BYU last night. Almost double the rushing yards (they averaged 4.2 yards per carry to BYU's 3.7). They only had 5 less total yards than BYU. They had more 3rd down conversions. More 4th down conversions.

If it hadn't been for 2 INTs and fumble, this might have been a loss for BYU.
