Ingredients:
Frozen bag of Costco Wings
Your favorite rub/spice (I use McCormicks Roasted Garlic & Herb + Kraft parmesan cheese)
1) Start the smoker/grill...crank it up to 'high'.
2) Put the frozen wings into a big bowl and run water over them. By the time the grill is heated up the wings should be defrosted.
3) Drain water from the bowl. Try to get as much out as possible.
4) pour oil (canola, veg.. whatever) and rub it all over all the wings.
6) Put the wings in a large zip-locked back, dump in your spices, then shake to coat the wings.
7) Put Wings on the smoker/grill.. Turn over every 15mins or so.
The wings are done when they hit 175.
You can then coat them in other sauces if you want (put them in a bowl, sauce, cover the bowl, and shake).
