Conover has been the backup a few years

I don't think any of us here know if he's the guy or not, just coaches and players do. But in any case, if he's not ready, it's not a lack of reps or watching. He's had plenty of opportunity.

That said, I think he'll be fine. Depth behind him is not great though.
