and hit the floor. Couldn't get up on my knees much less stand up. Felt like I was in a blender, dizzy and hopelessly spinning, and thinking I was having a stroke or perhaps had a brain tumor. Eventually got checked out...vertigo of unknown cause. Hasn't happened again since...weird.
