Was alone in the office and suddenly everything got very spinny, so I laid down. Opened my eyes and the world was literally spinning. Like I'd never seen before or since. Felt super sick, but had enough presence of mind to consider it was some sort of gas leak and I might need to get out of the office.

Stumbled to my feet and ping-ponged my way down the hall, repeatedly hitting walls until I got outside and then collapsed in front of the building. Stayed there for about an hour before an ambulance showed up that someone had called. Tried to stand up to tell them I was fine and started violently puking so got bundled into the ambulance and taken to the hospital.

Hasn't happened again since and really hope to never experience again
