Just take the route through Heber and Provo Canyon. It should still be an extremely beautiful view with fall leaves. Canyon Rd towards LES. Should be pretty easy route.

Cougar tails are about as good as your average maple bar from a corner donut shop. Nothing special.

Stadium is campus adjacent. Campus is beautiful if you just walk it.

Not much happens after the game.

Tailgating will not impress you coming from SEC country.

I don't know about sunset times but the temp will drop at sundown.
