Sundance Ski Resort (founded by Robert Redford) is up Provo Canyon. You'll pass
the turnoff when driving to BYU from Park City. They have a couple of good restaurants and a fun bar. There's a cool photo installation with shots from some of Redford's most iconic film roles. The scenery up there is of course beautiful, but you won't be able to see the scenery after dark — so plan accordingly.
Park City is great too. If you haven't been to Utah before, I'd suggest spending your time (other than the game) in Park City or Salt Lake City.
