in the room though. I have always wondered what it would be like to go to a gathering with cougarboard people. Is that awkward? I always feel sheepish telling others I'm on cougarboard or when others see that I am browsing cougarboard. I actively avoid browsing cougarboard in certain settings for fear that someone might see. It's almost like I don't want others to know that I am one of those CB weirdos. Like it would be a public badge of shame in a way. Everyone would know I am actually a nerd, lol.

So, for those who publicly meet up with fellow CBers, do you introduce yourself with your boardname? Real name only with a casual "sorry, can't tell you my boardname, that would just be weird". Are you comfortable with the world knowing you frequent the notorious cougarboard?
