It’s not his play, it was his post-game comments, and his refusal to
take responsibility for their epically bad offense. Fair or not, it starts with the QB. He let his team down and he has to own that. If not he’ll lose his team’s respect.
You really can’t get any worse QB play than they’ve gotten from him, so there’s not much to lose at this point. If the others struggle, he’ll get another opportunity.
