B12 has beaten: CU, Iowa, Houston, Duke, Nebraska, VT, Mizzou, ASU; PAC has wins
against Boise State, BYU, Wisconsin, ND and Michigan State. (I only include p5/future p5 wins)
B12 OOC record: 24-6, 75%
PAC OOC record:26-10, 62%
- UCLA's OOC includes: Bowling Green, Alabama State and South Alabama.
- Oregon played Georgia and Texas played Alabama.
- B12 beat both PAC teams — their bottom two.
- B12 played more 'p5' schools.
So, nobody has actual bragging rights, but B12 might have the edge based on stats. PAC can boast more 'ranked' teams.
