Please confirm Big Ute -Massey and Sagarin split out divisions but both have B12

In Sagarin all B12 teams are 51 or better. PAC has 5 teams 62+

Yewts lost to a 6-6 Florida team, Georgia stomped Oregon, USC lost to a team with 3 losses. Nobody is dominant in PAC12
