foot lands out at the same time one lands in. You would think this would be common enough to have in the rule book.

I’ve always thought that equals out, but not sure.

Neither whole foot was in bounds, so it doesn't matter where the second foot was

At best, it looked like they hit the ground at the same time, but really it looked like the knee landed first.
