I live in a new neighborhood with an HOA. The largest patch of shared grass in right in front of my house and the other day I went out to get the mail I noticed at least 10 dog dumps in the grass and gravel in front of my house. I went back and reviewed my ring camera footage and like clockwork a couple times a day the same dude brings them over to that grass where they do their business and he walks away without cleaning it up. He popped up on my ring app again tonight and I went out to "get my mail" and confirmed where he lives. Would you just let the HOA deal with it or catch him in the act yourself? Dog people are the worst. I feel ok generalizing here because it's not just a small percentage of them.
