We were a big brand in a little conference with a small budget. That's not the
case anymore. I can't imagine not spending on par with other P5 programs. Of course not the big dogs. And I get the B10 schools and SEC will have a significant resource advantages, but the Pac12 and ACC schools would be on par with the Big12 resources.
