Have you been watching this team? I wouldn't be surprised if the new DC only keeps 1-2 coaches. That's pretty typical, and it's what happened when we hired Grimes.
On the other hand, I think I'll be surprised by every coaching change on offense. That unit has been consistently top 25 over the last few years, including numerous draft picks.
