but only at the discretion of the new DC. Especially if the new DC isn't a first time DC, which he shouldn't be unless it's a Grimes type of situation where they're bringing the best position coach in the country (if that's the case it better be DL) to be the new DC. But then I would expect a similar approach as they took with Grimes: get several guys who have been lower level DC's as position coaches to help him learn and grow.
Whatever the approach, just don't skimp and don't be lazy. Nation-wide search for the absolute best coaches we can get. And our budget isn't what it has been in the past. They have opened the check book a lot since Bronco left, and this should another one of those times where we take a big step up in what we're willing to pay across the board.
