Disagreeing and differing opinions are fine, I think he’s trying to express the
need for more respect, and that if someone else’s opinion is different from yours, there’s no need to belittle or be hurtful. There’s nothing wrong with not agreeing with everything everyone says, and expressing different opinions is great, but just keep it civil, and no need for personal attacks
