I agree with that, but I would say that CB is just an online manifestation
of that customer satisfaction. What we say here may be part of the pulse of what BYU football customers are thinking, but that alone isn't what would drive any changes. BYU football customers would be just as dissatisfied without CB if the product on the field is poor, and the complaints here and changes that are demanded here aren't at all part of the consideration by the administration to make things better.
