I could see Kalani’s coaching staff was a problem.
Most of the coaching staff were new in their positions.
Head coach had never been a head coach.
OC had never been an OC
DC had never been a DC
RB coach had never coached.
OL coach came from High school (but did have some college experience)
It was crazy that they through that would work.
A new HC needs some experience around him.
