Where can i buy butcher paper for brisket?
I plan on wrapping my brisket at about 160. I thought I could get it delivered by Saturday through Amazon, but it's acting weird and I can't find any for delivery by then.
I bought parchment paper at Costco and decided I don't like it. I want the real-deal, pink/peach colored stuff that the YouTube Chef's use!
Where can I pick it up locally?

Or, don't wrap it at all. Or use the foil boat method. And if you do wrap, 160 is usually too early anyway.
