Not sure it matters what's in it, although I use apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. What's most important is
that it's wet so that 1) you keep the surface temp a little down, and 2) it attracts smoke molecules.

Or, don't wrap it at all. Or use the foil boat method. And if you do wrap, 160 is usually too early anyway.
