I requested cancellations of some of the aftermarket add-ons. Followed their process, which was like pulling teeth, and got the run-around every step of the way. Well, 8 weeks since my initial request just passed and no refund. So this morning I sent the “get it done” email with the threat to submit a complaint to the Texas AG and also take legal action.
First time they have actually replied to an email. Every other email I’ve sent has been ignored until I darken their doorway.
I hate the dealership model.
