That's me right now. My car has been at the Ford dealership for 10 days now for a 2 hour airbag recall. They haven't updated the status once without me calling and most the time I call them they don't get back to me... and this is the third time taking it in because the first two appointments they ordered the wrong airbag for my car and didn't tell me until the end of the service day. I've been fighting this stupid airbag recall since March, 3 different "appointments", 14 days in the shop, a broken dash board, and still no end in sight!
