Conover play/throw more. But I assume he probably has more information than I do and a reason for his choices.
My bigger question is around his talent evaluation and plan going forward. With all due respect, why do we have Conover, Fennegan, Sol-Jay, etc. all on the roster if none of them is deemed good enough to even be a legitimate back-up (let alone starting) QB at this level? And why did we then waste our one QB scholarship for 2022 on a kid who seems to be a good kid, but with all due respect is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the answer to our QB woes?
WTHeck is the plan ARod? And why does it seem like the cupboard is bare? We've literally had since 2018 to find a solution post-Jaren at what is by far the most important position on the roster. We knew this was coming. I am angry that nothing seems to have been done. We should have had someone in the program other than Hall that we actually liked. The fact that we don't have a single QB ARod even trusts to throw a pass in game action other than Hall is a complete coaching failure. I mean wow.
