He’s the DL coach not DC.
That means he doesn't call the plays in case you were confused on that point.
He also coached for Harbaugh the DL for a few years and is a Broyles Award nominee for 2022 for best assistant due to the work he did with the DL.
Not saying he gets the job but maybe educate yourself a little before drawing big conclusions.
