You are trying to argue that the UofU is a religious school? That it's a church sponsored institution?
This attempt is apples to kumquats. Just because some percentage of the student body population or leadership is LDS does not put the school on the same level as a church sponsored institution.
And you're right. ND doesn't face the same treatment. The religious bigotry of that conference isn't against ND.
