Metrics suggesting that many of those teams would be better

Baylor was average, Boise State wasn't anything special, Utah State was garbage, Wyoming was garbage, Liberty turned out to be garbarge, Arkansas was garbage. East Carolina was better then expected, Stanford was garbage, Notre Dame was good but not great (actual under performed based on losing to Ohio State(exposed) and USC (exposed). We lost to a good Oregon team.
