else. He’s clearly become converted to traditional conservative methods of coaching. Part of it is very endearing and cool coming from a similar culture to that but the other part appears at least a little hypocritical in that Deion himself did not embody the things he’s preaching now.

That said, I agree with him and I believe it’s the way to win. No nonsense coaches who can back it up tend to be successful. He’s seen that and is clearly a believer himself.
