Will it change the trajectory of the football program? No. I wouldn’t be

Surprised if the other sports miss him in a more noticeable way.

I would love to know the reason why they made the change, but Justin is great. He is what you want from a S&C coach. I would hope that whoever made the change has a good reason, otherwise yes, I think it was a big mistake.
