Stars are pretty much the #1 indicator of individual and team success.
Of course it’s all guessing, but look at the top 10 recruiting teams and it’s painfully obvious why they are winning. They just have better athletes.

~63% of 5 star guys get drafted to the NFL.
~22% of 4 star guys get drafted to the NFL.
~5% of 3 star guys get drafted to the NFL.
