Who knows.. Sure doesn't seem like you hear from any of his current or former
teammates (even at BYU) publicly defending the guy.
I doubt he was a slacker work wise but it sure doesn't seem like he's all that well-liked and no question in my mind that at this point the public narrative of him from media/fans will be hard to overcome going forward.
