I end up working remotely a lot. We just spent Winter Break in Kauai and plan on doing 3 weeks in the Big Island over the summer.
They want us to track our days off so they can get a general idea of if people are abusing or not taking enough time off. The target is 15 days off for Year 1 and 20 days off for Year 2+
I ended up working a lot after sunset, and so for the three weeks we were there I was told to record just 3 days of PTO time.
