Due to my role I work long hours every day. I prefer WFH because I personally am more productive. When I'm in the office I'm constantly bombarded by drive-by conversations. Plus since my team is spread out over multiple geos I'm going to be on video calls anyway, so I figure why should I drive into the office just to sit on video calls. I can do that just as well at home and save on gas and wear/tear on vehicles.

Overall for me and my team our productivity has not suffered. Our jobs still get done and done well.

I wish I could just sit next to a pool or be out on a golf course.
