When I left wireless as an executive I got 1.5years salary. Bonus for two years
All options vested and ESOPs maxed out. Granted that very rare. I should have just retired bought a bunch of rental units and called it quits. My wife was too scared of that route so we bought a business and then 2007 hit. Ugh
